It's not new news to life long Cheese Clubbers, that I am slightly obsessed with marmalade! This one is a winner, a generous slug of booze to spice it up a bit! The perfect balance between bitter and sweet and the texture is not too fine, not too chunky.

This is one of my all time favourite pickles. I love it with everything, especially hard cheese and in toasties for the kids! Great with cold cuts too.

We are always on the hunt for good accompaniments to go with our cheese and this is a beauty! Nothing says “Ploughmans” more than a pickled onion and this relish takes it to another level. Sweet, spicy, tangy and tart, this relish is awesome with full flavoured hard cheeses like Tom and it makes THE BEST accompaniment to a cheese toastie!


Our Roast Tomato Kasundi 270g

Rich, aromatic, unctuous tomato relish of Indian origin - we kind of use the traditional recipe passed down and changed slightly as it has move through the family, mine (this recipe) is not as spicy or hot as other kasundi but there is still loads of flavour there which will complement you food rather than dominate it. I don't even know where to start as to it's use's ... in our home we use it just about on anything where you would normally reach for a tomato relish or sauce.


Our Spiced Cherries 270ml

We would get complaint letters if we stopped making our Spiced Cherries. They are also one of our most popular products in Cellar Door. They are made from Bruny Island cherries and pickled in a sweet, spiced pinot noir vinegar. The trick is to age them – these have been laid down for a few months and are really hitting their straps right now. If you have not tried them before, you are in for a treat. Serve them with any of our cheeses for a beautiful accompaniment.

One of our signature cheese accompaniments, these are Tasmanian grown peaches, spiced and they make a really great accompaniment to cheese, we think they're great with the funky washed rind cheeses.

You guys seem to be as obsessed with raspberry jam as we are … It is a staple in our house, so we started making it occasionally and when we did you went nuts for it. Now it has a permanent place in our range. Tasmanian summer on a spoon, delicious any time of the year, especially on Huon Valley Crumpets!


Wellington Apiary Prickly Box Honey 325g

The honey produced is golden, bright yellow in colour with a flavour ranging from nutty caramel. This honey is less sweet than most, cleansing the palette with little after taste. It is perfect accompanying cheese platters, sweetening tea or coffee and smothered over buttered toast. SOOOOO GOOOD!

The Prickly box (Bursaria spinose) is native to Tasmania, producing small, white, scented flowers during summer. Bees access the Prickly Box nectar on the warm hills in southern Tasmania’s Coal River Valley. Drought can seriously affect the Prickly Box honey flow, and this sought after honey is highly seasonal due to this.

Wellington Apiary was started on the principles of producing honey that reflects the flora of Hobart and surrounding vegetation. This philosophy has continued with all varieties of honey production. Wellington Apiary honey is not heated at any stage of extraction or bottling, ensuring all the natural goodness remains. This honey is organically produced, cold extracted and coarse filtered, allowing all the pollen, flavours and aromas to be retained – resulting in pure raw Tasmanian Honey, just as the bees made it.
